What is Kerala Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is the time tested ancient system of medicine which helps to maintain a healthy body and mind. It is a science that not only addresses bodily infirmity but encourages social, spiritual, emotional and psychological well being. Thus it is the system that not only cures the diseases but also works to help people arrive at perfect health. It is the HOLISTIC healing system of medicine, practised in India for more than 5000 years.
What is Ayurveda?
The name Ayurveda is derived from two Sanskrit words, “Ayur” meaning span of life or longevity, and “Veda” meaning knowledge or Science. In other words, Ayurveda means “Science of Life” or “The Knowledge of Life” that teaches us to live life in a true and natural balance.
How old is Sanjeevani Ayurveda?
Sanjeevani Ayurveda is more than 8 years old.
What ailments do you treat at Sanjeevani?
We treat all types of ailments including the chronic ones. Our speciality is in bone & joints, besides that we take care of skin, digestion, gynaecology, sexology, neurology, general health, kidney diseases.
How much time does it take to heal?
Depends on how old is your disease, what’s the severity of the disease, age of the patient, strength of patient, how the patient’s body is responding towards treatment.
Do you provide any guarantee to cure the existing ailment?
No. We never give guarantee. After the first consultation and examination of patient by the doctor, expected results are stated to the patient.
Do you have rejuvenation packages?
Yes. We have rejuvenation/detoxification packages. We have swedanam and Abhyangam. Detail of all our packages is mentioned on this page "Package" .
Do you have Panchkarma facility?
Yes, we do have Panchkarma facility available.
What are the treatments provided at your centre?
All kinds of panchakarma procedures and Kerala speciality treatments are provided including Abhayangam(medicated oil massage), Swedanam (medicated steam), Potli(Bundle massage), Shirodhara, Kati Vasti etc. You can check our website for the same.
Do you provide stay facility? Is food included?
Yes. We provide home stay facility, about 2 kms away from our treatment centre. It’s a Two Bedroom set. Food facility is not included but kitchen facility is available. Patient can prepare their food or cook can be arranged at extra cost.
What is doctor consultation fee?
Consultation fee is Rs.500/-
Do I need to pay consultation fee for follow up visit?
For every follow up consultation you need to pay consultation fee, which is Rs.500/-.
Can I book consultation by myself?
You need to call and book appointment on 9560113189 for face-to-face consultation and for voice/video consultation you can book through our website.
What are the timings of consultation?
10:00 A.M- 1:30 A.M and 3:30 P.M -7:00 P.M.
When is the clinic closed?
Wednesday.
Do you entertain walk-ins or do I need to take appointment before coming?
We suggest you to book a prior appointment just to avoid any kind of inconvenience.
How much experience does the doctor have and what is his qualification?
Doctor has 15+ years of experience. He is MD in Panchkarma.
Is the doctor from Kerala?
No. But he has taken training from Kerala.

Does Sanjeevani Ayurveda have branches in Delhi or elsewhere?
As of now, there are no branches.
Do you have pharmacy available at clinic or we need to purchase medicine from outside?
We have a pharmacy available at our premises but you are free to purchase medicines from outside as well.
Does your staff arrange for medicines if its not available at the time of purchase?
Yes, we do arrange and can be delivered at extra cost.
Do you provide home delivery service for medicines?
Yes, we provide home delivery through WE FAST & PORTER.
Are your therapist Panchakarma qualified?
Yes. We have well trained and experienced staff.
Does Ayurveda take lot of time to show results?
It depends on the severity and chronicity of disease.
If I go for rejuvenation package, do I still need to make diet modification?
For rejuvenation, there is no restriction for food but it is always advised to make some lifestyle changes to get maximum benefit of the therapy.
Is it mandatory to go for diet changes if one wants to go for Ayurveda treatment?
Diet changes are decided after consultation and advised, if required.
If someone is not able to follow diet and make lifestyle changes, will the medicines still be effective?
It will be still effective but the desired/expected result may be compromised.
Can I have ayurvedic and allopathic medicines together?
Yes, can be taken together in most of the cases but there must be a gap of one hour.
Are there any side effects of ayurvedic medicines?
Yes, Ayurvedic medicines may harm if not taken strictly as prescribed by doctor or without proper consultation.
Are you empanelled with any organization?
Yes. We cover DGCS, CGHS and CWC and also accredited by NABH.
